At Asphalt & Aprons, we want you to be happy with your merchandise purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please read the information below.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unused, and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition

• Tags and packaging should be intact where applicable

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

• Worn or washed clothing

• Custom or personalised items

• Items damaged through normal wear or misuse

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item

We will arrange either:

• A replacement item

• A full refund

• An exchange where appropriate

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

• Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless agreed otherwise

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

• United Kingdom

• Republic of Ireland

Orders outside these locations may still be possible, however international shipping costs will be confirmed separately before your order is finalised.

Delivery Service

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail services.

Shipping options and pricing will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Processing Times

Please allow:

• 2–5 working days for order processing

• Additional delivery time depending on your location and Royal Mail service levels

During busy periods, launches, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

UK & Ireland Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• UK Mainland: 2–5 working days

• Northern Ireland: 3–7 working days

• Republic of Ireland: 5–10 working days

Please note these are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.

International Orders

For customers outside the UK and Ireland:

• International postage costs will be calculated after your order is placed

• We will contact you directly with the shipping cost before confirming your order

• Your order will only proceed once you are satisfied with and approve the international shipping charge

Tracking information will be provided where available depending on the shipping service selected.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

Asphalt & Aprons cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
